Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Mindful Yesmads. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping, processing times, and delivery so you know what to expect when you place an order.
Order Processing
Most orders are made to order and are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes time for printing, quality checks, and packing.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, product type, and selected service.
Typical timeframes:
- Canada: 3–10 business days after fulfillment
- USA: 5–12 business days after fulfillment
- International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking number.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Availability may vary by product and destination. If shipping is not available to your address at checkout, that product may not be eligible for your region at this time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@mindfulyesmads.com.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. For packages marked as “delivered” but not received, please first check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or estimated delivery window for lost packages) with your order number and photos of the packaging and item (for damaged goods).
We’ll work with our production partners and carriers to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Because we work with print-on-demand partners and different production locations, items in your order may ship separately.
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
